Sagwell powder's sintering organization is similar to cobalt powder, the matrix is evenly sintered, fine and compact. With strong coated degree and holding force, it is suitable for middle and high grade tools.

The particle size distribution of the metal powder has a very large effect on the process performance and sintering properties of the powder. In the traditional PM/MIM process, if the density or hardness requirements are not reached, there would require the addition of infiltrated copper to increase the density and the heat treatment in the post-process process, or the addition of C, Ni, Cr, Mo which are combined into a composite material, but there are variables in the stability of the quality of the process.

With high specific surface area, high activity, high heat and excellent adsorption performance, superfine iron powder can be widely used in heating materials, such as thermal batteries, electric hot water bag etc.

Comparing with high flux powder and permalloy powder, superfine iron powder has the advantages of low cost, which make it widely used in low and high frequency switch type conversion devices, such as differential mode inductor, power inductors, DC bias inductors, transformers and other devices.
