Superfine iron - copper - tin pre-alloyed powder,  D50 is 12.0-18.0 microns. With high chemical activity, good cold press formability and good self-sharpening performance.

    Application

    It can be used as formula powder for wet cut ceramics and sintered stone, or mixed with a small amount of reinforcing materials to perforate glass plate.
    The Min. Sintering Temperature: 700℃
    The Best Sintering Range: 720-750℃ (350kgf/cm²)
