SCF-10 is a formula based pre-alloyed powder for high-speed rail with low copper and low tin content. The powder particles are secondary agglomerated particles in a coral pile shape, with better filling and flowability than primary ultrafine powder. 

Compared with traditional alloy powder, it has better cold pressing formability. It can achieve high mechanical performance under no or low pressure conditions, and can match current equipment and processes.

This material has good sintering activity and is suitable for hot pressing furnaces with a pressure of 2-7MPa. The optimal temperature range is 880-920 degrees Celsius, and the hardness can reach 85-95HRB

    1. Sharp and stable.
    2. It has good self shrinkage characteristics and is suitable for pressureless sintering process. 
    3. It can be used as 100% diamond saw blade matrix powder and has high tooth resistance strength.
    4. Compared to traditional alloy powders, cold pressing has better formability.

    Application

    Applied to diamond tools such as stone saw blades, steel drills, etc., it can be added in large proportions or used 100%.
